Terms of Service

• Personal use only (commercial use is negotiable).• I maintain the rights to the commissioned artwork and am allowed to use it for my portfolio and promotion on various platforms.• I have the right to cancel and refund full payment under unexpected circumstances such as sickness, etc.• The commissioner cannot cancel or demand a refund after the payment is received.

how to order

1. Send the references along with the character description and any preferences through my email at [email protected] or via discord dhy#0009 froggymoo2. Payment could be done upfront or split over two (50-50). The first half will be due upfront before the work finalization. (Max. 1 week after the sketch provided), and the remaining half will be due before the final work is delivered.3. A sketch (with a watermark) will be sent to you for confirmation. If it sits well with you, then you may pay according to the provided payment conditions to Paypal (USD) or BNI (IDR).4. The final work will be sent approximately 4 weeks after the payment is received. (It might take longer than usual for complex requests).
